The idea of their website - a repository of "how-to guides" - is sound but you'd expect a synopsis, written by them, and a link to your site, rather than them just cutting and pasting your work without permission. Even though they provide a credit and link, they don't appear to be generating any of their own content, yet they're clipping the ticket through the hosted ads.
So, a good idea marred by rude and lazy execution. At least they responded when called out about it
